Jimmiwin was born in California but grew up globally. His childhood was that of a construction brat moving frequently. This meant he was witness to the world’s stage rather than that of the confines of just one country. On family excursions he was introduced to the arts normally read about by children his age.
By the time of adulthood, art was deeply seated as a way of life for Jimmiwin, but always as an admirer, or an audience member of sorts. Then something changed. Something inexplicable. A wake-up call. A call for action. A realization.
Jimmiwin left his corporate life and his consumerist world and has dove into the art world.
“I found myself saying, ‘If I had to do it all over again, I’d be a starving artist,’ so I’m doing something about it.” It’s not about fame or money. It’s about art, philosophy and emotion.
Currently, Jimmiwn resides in Las Vegas.
